The word “Holistic” is a term which refers to treating to a person as a whole, including mentally, and physically, and this is our aim for caring. We not only provide care workers for people who are physically handicapped or disabled, but we provide social workers for people who have mental disabilities or who are emotionally damaged. What can we offer for Care Workers?
We offer training and support for all our Care workers. They are a key position within our company so we treat all our workers with up most respect and care for our staff. All new members of staff are required to commit themselves to a Pre-NVQ induction course to introduce them to the organisation’s strong philosophy of care, aims and objectives, policies and procedures, and this is to make sure all staff are trained to the same minimum standards of high quality care that Holistic recruiters strives to provide. This training we offer includes administration of medication, dementia care, conflict management and much, much more. All of our staff are highly trained under CQC guide and care standards

Our strong philosophy of care heavily influences our care staff, making each carer individually matched to a care home or client. Our staff are available on emergency terms, they cover illness and holidays at short notice. We also offer flexible pay rates for our services, to make our service beneficial for both parts.
