Getting into care work is much easier than what people may perceive. Each care recruitment company has a different level to get into. Having experience is key for joining the carer society. This can be done through volunteer work at local care homes, or getting smaller care jobs.

Qualifications are very important for getting most jobs, and it would help having certain qualifications getting into caring. Here at Holistic recruiters we hire Care workers with a NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social care, with at least 2 years experience within caring.
